I'm retired, should I still invest in real estate?

There are many retirement investments but few give you the tangable investment of Real Estate or Real Estate Notes.  Real Estate gives you the Security of owning a piece of property that can give you both rental income and hopefully future appreciation.

I do not have a lot of money to invest, is it still worth my while?

You, like many big investors can actually own property, deeds of trust, and other types of investments in your personal IRA.  That's right!  The IRS gives you that opportunity, but very few people take advantage of this type of investment. 

Why, think about it, your broker or investment banker makes money every time you buy or sell a stock or mutual fund. This investment tool limits their revenue from commissions and you control your money. 

A wealthy neighbor of mine recently told me a very good thing to remember.  He said, " If you lose control of your money, more than likely, you will lose your money"
