Our philosophy ³Buy from Me, List for Free" is to give our clientele the most service at the lowest commission possible. The Buy from Me, List for Free concept tells what we do that sets us apart from our competitors. Our program allows our clients to keep more of the equity in their current home, while allowing them to receive all the benefits of a full service Real Estate and Lending company.

What do we do different than our competitors?

Our agents will credit back the listing commission on the sale of your existing home when you purchase a new home and obtain your new loan with our Agent. Your new home must be purchased through the same listing agent, and through a cooperating agency. This agency must be willing to pay a selling commission of no less than 2.5% and must be located with the jurisdiction of the state of California.

How does Buy from Me, List for Free make money?

Buy from Me makes money when you buy your next home and procure the financing through your Buy from Me Agent within 180 days of successful close of escrow of your current home. The seller of your new home pays our commission.

In addition to the commission on the sale of your new home, we are paid for procuring your home loan. With hundreds of banks, savings and loans, and mortgage companies, we are able to find the best rate and terms for your loan based on your unique situation. We make it simple with technology.  You are able to apply on line in the comfort of your home. Your loan can be approved within minutes of receipt of your online application.

Can I buy any home listed in the Multiple Listing Service?

Yes, as long as the selling commission is no less than 2.5% of the selling price. We will work with you to show you every available property regardless of what company has listed the property.

What if I am not buying another home?

If you are not purchasing another home, our listing commission is determined by agreement and is no higher than 1.5%. Still much less than our competitors.

What if I have no home to sell but want to buy a home?

Our services, as your exclusive buyers agent, cost you nothing. Buy from Me can help you write your purchase agreement on any residential property regardless of what company has the home listed.

Will my home be listed in the Multiple Listing service (MLS)?

Yes. All Buy from Me agents are members of the local Board of Realtors and subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  Additionally, your home will be displayed on our website as well as other national sites.

Will other Realtor show Buy from Me properties?

Yes. All Buy from Me properties are listed on the Mulitple Listing Service (MLS).  Any licensed agent that is a member of the Board of Realtors can show your property to prospective buyers.

How are most homes sold?

Statistics show ³For Sale² signs in the front yard, coupled with the multiple listing service (MLS) have the greatest impact on the sale of your home. Buy from Me goes a step further with state of the art technology. Your home will be listed on our own website, as well as several National Internet websites.  We will use traditional selling concepts to sell your home.  Price, terms, and condition of your property will determine market value.
